Why we have this policy

Resume Tailor runs on pay-per-use pricing, not subscriptions. You pay only when you generate a resume. Because the AI model incurs a real cost every time a resume is generated, and because generated resumes are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not possible.

What this means

• Resume generation credits, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you are not satisfied with a generated resume, you can improve your profile (add more context, answer more questions, upload more source material) and generate another, at the cost of another credit.
• If you self-delete your account, any unused credits are forfeited. No refund is issued for the unused balance.
• Price changes apply to future purchases only. Previously purchased credits remain valid.
