What we collect

• Your email address, required to create and authenticate your account.
• Documents, URLs, and text you choose to upload or paste.
• Resumes we generate for you and the job descriptions you provide.
• Basic technical metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

How your data is isolated

Your data is strictly isolated to your account. No cross-account access, no training of third-party models on your data, and no sharing with any party other than the service providers required to operate the service (email delivery, AI model provider, hosting infrastructure).

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings, Danger Zone. Upon deletion, all application-level data is permanently erased within minutes.

Azure infrastructure-level backups, managed by the hosting provider for disaster recovery, may retain data for a short period per Azure's default retention, outside our direct control.

Inactivity cleanup

If you do not log in for 27 days, we email you a warning. If you do not log in within 30 days of your last login, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in (an HTTP-only session identifier). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
